Sir:-

I have the honor to ask that I may be granted One Month's Leave of Absence from the 25 th of May, 1925 to 25 th June 1925 for the purpose of visiting friends in Fort Yukon , Alaska .

It is my intention to leave Dawson by canoe on or about the 25 th May as soon as the river is free of ice and to return to Dawson by Steamer.
